Who we’re looking for:
- Friendly, hardworking and reliable, you know your craft and take pride in your work.
- A love for Italian food – experience in Italian cooking is a big plus, but not absolutely essential.
- Organised and self-motivated – good at juggling tasks and keeping a cool head
- Someone who can manage, motivate and bring out the best in their team
- Confident using Excel
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant
