The role:
- Take full ownership of the Belgium market, driving commercial strategy, retail execution, and brand visibility across key customers like Carrefour + Delhaize.
- Lead national growth plans, converting insight into action while shaping a winning go‑to‑market approach.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, category and leadership teams to accelerate peasrformance and seize untapped opportunities.
Ideal candidate:
- A commercially sharp FMCG professional with experience managing retailers, distributors or national accounts within Belgium or wider Benelux.
- Someone confident operating autonomously, making data‑driven decisions, and building strong customer relationships in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ambitious, resilient, and excited by the opportunity to shape a market, elevate a brand, and drive significant growth.

- Competitive salary up to £70k depending on experience.
