The Role

As School Data Manager, you will:

• Lead on the management, analysis, and reporting of whole‑school data
• Maintain and develop the school’s MIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Produce detailed reports for SLT, governors, and external agencies
• Oversee census returns and statutory reporting
• Support assessment cycles, progress tracking, and performance analysis
• Train and support staff in the effective use of data systems

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Manager within a secondary school setting
• Strong working knowledge of ARBOR (essential)
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Understanding of school performance measures and accountability frameworks
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with senior leaders
