A welcoming and supportive SEN School in Brentwood, Essex, is seeking two dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their team as soon as possible.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of additional needs. Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher. Help pupils develop social, emotional, and communication skills. Create a safe, encouraging learning environment where every child feels valued. Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and pastoral teams.
This SEN school supports pupils with a range of needs, including: Autism (ASC) Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) Speech, language, and communication needs

We are looking for individuals who are: Patient, caring, and resilient. Passionate about supporting children with SEN. Able to build strong, positive relationships with young people. Confident working in a structured yet varied environment. Experienced in SEN (desirable), although full training will be provided.
Requirements Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). Right to work in the UK. Previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is an advantage.
