Job Title: Business Development Manager (leading to Account Director)

Salary: £35k to £45k per annum (depending on experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a passion for marketing and print to join a dynamic print & marketing services company. This role offers a clear career progression: successes will be promoted to Account Director within two years, overseeing client relationships introduced by the individual.

Responsibilities

• Create leads and proactively contact prospective clients to secure appointments.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, targeting end users in the hospitality sector such as bars, pubs and restaurants.
• Use strong negotiation skills to acquire new business and build lasting client relationships.
• Prepare to progress into a senior client development position, managing key accounts and contributing to overall growth.

Qualifications

• Resident of the United Kingdom.
• Experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, enthusiastic people‑person with desire to advance into an Account Director role.
