About the Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Bridgend. Specialising in the New Homes industry, this role offers the opportunity to work with leading housebuilders and developers across the UK, connecting top talent with exciting opportunities in the residential property sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and place candidates within the New Homes sector (Sales Advisors, Sales Managers, Regional roles, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and regional housebuilders
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief through to placement
- Conduct candidate interviews and provide career guidance
- Advertise vacancies across job boards and social media platforms
- Proactively generate new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM/ATS system
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience preferred (property or sales recruitment advantageous)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
