Recruitment Consultant

Proper Recruitment is growing and we’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team in London.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Construction, Legal and Property sectors
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
• Advertising roles across job boards and social media
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate feedback
• Negotiating offers and supporting candidates through the hiring process
• Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, property, legal, or recruitment is advantageous
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven with a proactive mindset
• Confident using search engines and job boards to source candidates
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Motivated to build a successful career in recruitment

Salary & Benefits

• Generous commission structure with strong earning potential
• On Target Earnings of £40k – £50k
