Role: Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant

Job Description:

• Identify and build partnerships with clients, especially in key target industries.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing high-quality recruitment services to ensure long‑term cooperation and achieve client retention goals.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze mid‑to‑senior‑level roles and create attractive job descriptions.
• Source candidates using various channels, including databases, referrals, and proactive headhunting, to ensure a high‑quality talent pipeline.
• Engage with candidates to understand their career goals and evaluate their skills, experience, and suitability.
• Provide clients with detailed assessment reports to support hiring decisions.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end hiring process, including candidate recommendations, interview scheduling, negotiations, and onboarding, ensuring smooth operations and timely placements.
• Work with team members to meet project goals and participate in training and knowledge‑sharing activities to drive team growth.
• Analyze industry trends, provide market intelligence, and offer talent strategy consulting to enhance the company’s professional reputation.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or executive search within an agency environment, with a well‑established network of client relationships.
• Strong business acumen and drive to identify growth opportunities, proactively hunt for new logos, and establish new client partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and end‑to‑end recruitment expertise, including evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
