Adult Social Care and Health (ASCH) supports people to live healthy, independent lives, working closely with people who use our services and partners. We also have a key role in supporting people made vulnerable by incidents or emergencies.
Responsibilities
As Resilience Manager, you’ll be pivotal in planning for and assuring the continued delivery of ASCH services in any circumstances. You’ll lead on departmental risk management, business continuity and emergency planning—providing expert guidance, coordinating responses to major incidents, and developing training and plans that meet statutory duties, regulatory requirements and County Council policies.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and clearly present complex information
- Effective communication skills, negotiation and influencing
- Experience of planning and managing responses to incidents and unexpected change
- Experience of developing and leading resilience (or related) training programmes
- Commitment to equality, inclusion, and professional/personal development
