Night Security Officer

LOCATION: MCARTHUR GLEN – WEST MIDLANDS

SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off, 42 hours per week

PAY RATE: £13.19 per hour

ABM UK is a leading facilities management company dedicated to delivering high-quality security services across various sectors. We are currently seeking reliable and vigilant Night Security Officers to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our client premises during night shifts.

As a Night Security Officer, you will play a key role in protecting people, property, and assets by conducting regular patrols, monitoring security systems, and responding promptly to incidents. You will represent ABM UK at client sites and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patrolling duties and monitoring of premises during night shifts
• Operate and monitor surveillance equipment and alarm systems
• Control access to buildings, verifying IDs and authorizations
• Respond to emergencies and incidents as per established protocols
• Prepare detailed reports on any security breaches, incidents, or suspicious activity
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services if necessary

• Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
• Experience in security or similar roles preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible hours
