Project Manager – Construction Consultancy
A well‑established multidisciplinary consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking a talented Project Manager to join its growing team. This role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio across sectors including commercial, residential, and mixed‑use developments.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The role includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, overseeing risk and programme management, and maintaining stakeholder communication. The Project Manager will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, contribute to business development, and support junior team members where required.
Required Experience & Qualifications
• Prior construction consultancy experience
• Experience managing projects across multiple sectors within a consultancy environment
• Relevant degree in construction, project‑management, or a related discipline
• Progress towards or achievement of professional accreditation such as MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
