Driving PA Support Required, to Assist with Morning Routine and Going Shopping – RG-DCC-001, 6 Hours Per Week, Chesterfield.
A self‑employed PA is preferred but an employed PA may be considered.
Job Description
PA support required in the mornings to start between 9am – 9:30am to assist a lady who is sight‑impaired and is currently awaiting her hip replacement.
You must be able to drive with a fully clean driving licence (Zero Points). The individual would like support on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Roles and Responsibilities
The individual requiring support is sight‑impaired and is awaiting a hip replacement. The role is to help support her in the morning with her routine. She can provide personal care for herself but will need assistance with getting changed.
You will also support her in accessing the community, particularly going shopping together. Because she is sight‑impaired she requires constant assistance; you will need to notify her of when people are near or on the side of her.
Specific Requirements
- Fully clean driving licence with zero points.
- No pets in the home.
Hourly Rate
£13 for an employed PA, £15.60 for a self‑employed PA (Self‑employed PA is preferred).
