Marks Sattin are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious financial services business in Birmingham who are looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Partner with colleagues across multiple divisions to achieve targeted business outcomes.
• Analysing financial and non-financial data to assess performance, identify trends, and model future performance outcomes.
• Support senior product heads on performance, pricing, efficiency and growth opportunities.

What You Need

• Must be fully qualified accountant.
• Strong first time movers would be considered.
• Demonstrable experience of Business Partnering within a Financial Services or banking business.
• Ability to identify and analyse financial patterns and translate into commercial language for non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to build valuable relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Ability to think critically to challenge preconceptions, think creatively, and drive conclusions and outcomes.
