Freelance Project Manager — Creative Delivery Lead

We’re looking for freelance Project Managers who love delivering great work and championing strong processes to join our pool.

At We Are Futures, you would be supporting high-profile, multi-layered projects – working closely with Project Leads and the wider delivery team to keep everything running smoothly, on time, and on budget.

What You’ll Do

• Set up projects well – timelines, schedules, admin and resource planning
• Spot risks early – and help keep delivery on track
• Manage workloads – coordinating multiple workstreams at once
• Build great relationships – with consultants, producers, creatives, and account teams
• Champion strong processes – using tools like Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet
• Support client communication – sharing updates, progress and KPI tracking
• Keep quality high – checking work meets briefs, objectives, and guidelines

What You’ll Bring

• Experience supporting projects from brief to delivery
• A track record of managing multi‑faceted creative or production projects
• Confidence using project management tools
• Previous experience in an agency environment
• Strong communication and people skills
