Commercial & Residential Property Lawyer (Fully Remote)

We are currently working with a growing and well-established firm seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join their expanding team on a fully remote basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer to take on a varied caseload across both residential and commercial property, with a particular focus on investor led work.

The Role

You will play a key role within a busy and supportive property team, handling a broad mix of work, including:

  • Acting for property investors and developers on residential and some commercial acquisitions (essential)
  • Commercial property matters
  • Straightforward residential conveyancing transactions

The firm is experiencing significant growth, particularly in conveyancing, and offers a strong pipeline of high-quality work.

About You

To be considered, you will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in commercial property
  • Be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Have strong experience working remotely (essential for this role)
  • Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
  • Be highly organised, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Have a strong billing track record

The Team

You will be part of a well-established property department, covering residential conveyancing, commercial property, investor work, and specialist leasehold matters.
