One of the West Midland’s leading large format printers is expanding its team through a large recruitment drive.
They aim to print things that people will love, and offer a range of services including signage, wall coverings, glass manifestation, window graphics, exhibition graphics, displays, vehicle livery, hoardings, and more.
Position Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for a print account manager with a background in POS and/or large format, along with estimating experience, to work with big-name brands and some of the country’s most influential creative agencies.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound customer requests for large graphics, signage, and installation projects.
- Talk with customers over the phone to understand and establish their needs and provide expert product knowledge and advice.
- Translate customer needs into accurate quotes at competitive margins.
- Follow up on quotes to find out why they didn’t proceed and report back to the sales team.
- Upsell to more profitable materials/products where appropriate.
- Book confirmed jobs into production workflow with high attention to detail.

Eligibility
Applicants must be residents in the UK and have current or recent experience in the print, packaging, or paper sectors.
