Technical Project Manager | Electronics R&D & Manufacturing

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cutting‑edge R&D programmes from concept through to production. This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of engineering, innovation, and manufacturing—ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex technical ideas into real‑world products.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of electronics R&D projects, from early design through to manufacturing release
• Own project scheduling, planning, and resourcing, ensuring teams, materials, and timelines are aligned
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across electronics, mechanical, software, and production teams
• Manage risk, track progress, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Oversee validation builds, testing phases, and production ramp‑up
• Strong background in PCB design, assembly, and electronics manufacturing processes
• Solid understanding of design for manufacture (DFM) and product lifecycle from prototype to volume production
• Experience working within R&D environments, coordinating engineering and operational teams
• Familiarity with semiconductor technologies and assembly processes is highly advantageous
