Regulatory Compliance Manager
London (Hybrid: 3 office / 2 home)
£100,000 – £120,000 + benefits
An international bank with a growing UK presence is looking for a seasoned Regulatory Compliance professional to join its London branch.
This is a visible role leading a small team and supporting senior management across regulatory advisory, compliance monitoring, and control testing.
You must have corporate banking/retail banking experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the regulatory advisory function and horizon scanning.
- Oversee the Compliance Monitoring Programme and internal control testing.
- Deputise for senior management across key committees.
- Build strong relationships with regulators and group stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in Financial Services compliance (5+ in leadership).
- Strong PRA/FCA regulatory knowledge.
- Experience across retail and corporate banking.
