Maintenance Engineer | Wimbledon (Static) | £40k
Location: Wimbledon, SW19
Hours: Mon-Fri (Days)
Salary: £40,000 + Benefits

The Role
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical bias) to manage a prestigious static site in Wimbledon. No travel required-stay on one site and enjoy a stable Monday-Friday routine.
Responsibilities
- Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across site infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot HVAC, lighting, power, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure full health and safety compliance and maintain site logs.
Requirements
- Qualified: Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Experienced: Proven background in commercial building services.
- Local: Must be within commuting distance of Wimbledon.
- Ready: Available for an immediate start.
