About The Role

    The Scheme Manager will be responsible for supporting the service manager to set the culture of the service, overseeing the day to day running of two residential homes. Leading and inspiring the teams to ensure that everyone within it lives and breathes our company ethos.

      Hours:Full time, 40 hours per week to be worked to meet the needs of the service.

      Shifts:Days, evenings, nights, alternate weekends

      About you

      Do you have previous experience working in care, managing a team and want to use these skills to develop further and take the lead?

We are able to offer an exciting opportunity in 3 brand new, purpose built, individual flats in a Supported Living Service to join the team that will provide person centred support for three individuals looking to move on in their journey towards maximizing their independence. We are looking for experienced staff who are excited at the prospect of helping the people we support to mould and shape their service from the outset.

      This is an opportunity for a pro-activeScheme Managerto join an evolving Care Company and manage our Supported Living services in Sunderland. You will need:

      • Previous care management experience, preferably within a supported living environment.
      • Hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 5 Diploma or have a suitable alternative qualification.
      • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
      • Evidence that you can provide inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership.

About The Service

We have 2 Services located in Scotland, supporting young adults who have a primary diagnosis of a learning disability and may also have mental health or autism support needs and behaviours that can challenge. Our Services are led by the Registered Manager’s who has a wealth of experience within the sector; committed and devoted to developing excellence and talent.
