Pool Electrical Engineer

Primary Role

• Provide general pool service and service client advice to support the Service Team, Construction Director and the Projects Team
• To assist with Diagnostics and fault finding / resolution planning with pool systems
• Advise on pool maintenance systems
• To provide support to the construction director and construction team on new installations

Daily Tasks

• Process clients service queries and feedback
• Manage engineers service queries and feedback
• Assist in maintaining a comprehensive list of service projects and checklist of items required on each project
• Provide assistance/guidance as necessary to the Service Engineers
• Liaison with construction and clients for new installation handovers
• Maintain an up to date training programme for the Service Team
• Maintain a list of frequent service issues for training and continuous improvement purposes
• Other duties as requested to support the Directors
