Finance Associate – London Hybrd

Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 + study support

Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office

I’m working with a well‑known UK brand who are looking to hire a Finance Associate to join their growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone part‑qualified (CIMA / ACCA or similar) who wants to gain hands‑on commercial experience while being fully supported through qualification.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting month‑end close, including accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing core AP/AR processes and ensuring accuracy across the ledger
• Producing management information to support business decision making
• Business partnering with stakeholders across the organisation
• Improving processes and identifying smarter ways of working
• Working heavily in Excel, using lookups, pivots and visual reporting
• Supporting wider finance projects as the function continues to evolve

What they’re looking for:

• Currently studying CIMA / ACCA (part‑qualified is ideal)
• Around 2+ years’ experience in a similar finance role
• Strong understanding of accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and balance sheets
• Confident communicator who can engage with non‑finance stakeholders
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, presentations)
• Problem‑solver who can think outside the box
• SAP Business ByDesign experience is a plus but not essential
