Overview

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Designing and implementing IAM solutions to manage user identities, authentication, and authorization
• Ensuring compliance with identity governance and access management policies and regulations
• Configuring and managing access control systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Conducting regular audits and reviews of user access and security permissions across the organization
• Collaborating with security teams to respond to incidents related to unauthorized access and to strengthen identity protection measures

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IAM Specialist or in a similar role within identity management and security
• Expertise in IAM tools and technologies such as Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, SailPoint, or similar
• Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, RBAC, and identity governance frameworks
• Experience with regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and other data privacy laws
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Identity Management certifications (e.g., Certified Identity and Access Manager, CIAM) are highly desirable
