Salary: £34,000 – £37,000 + excellent benefits, including 27 days holiday, 2:1 pension (up to 12% employer contribution), plus many more
Location: London Hybrid (Aldgate East), with one day per week in the office (ideally Wednesday but not essential)

That’s nearly a third of all adults in the UK.
We are Fair4All Finance. We are a not-for-profit organisation working with Financial Services providers to improve the financial wellbeing of people in vulnerable circumstances by increasing access to fair, affordable and appropriate financial products and services.
We are continuing our work following our latest round of funding, and as a result we are now seeking a Contracts Administrator to act as a central point for managing contractual agreements, maintaining accurate records and supporting procurement processes across the organisation.
Working closely with colleagues in Legal, Finance and Operations, you will ensure that contracts are well managed, compliant and accessible, and that procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will also provide support on basic legal tasks, helping to maintain policies, templates and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage a central contract register, ensuring accurate records of key dates, documents and due diligence evidence
- Monitor contract timelines and obligations to ensure compliance and timely action
- Maintain a central contract repository, ensuring documents are accessible and up to date
- Support the preparation and issuing of standard agreements
- Provide administrative support across procurement processes, including managing supplier queries and monitoring tender activity
- Assist with supplier onboarding, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are completed in collaboration with Finance and Compliance
- Support internal stakeholders with procurement documentation and contract templates
- Assist with audit processes, providing required legal and procurement documentation
- Maintain and update policies, guidance and process documents in line with retention requirements
- Contribute to improving processes, templates and guidance to support best practice contract and procurement management
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build effective working relationships across teams
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a proactive and structured approach
- Comfortable working with processes, documentation and administrative systems
- Basic understanding of legal concepts or contract management processes
- Exposure to procurement processes or eTendering systems
- Awareness of commercial contracts and supplier management
- Experience supporting audits or working within regulated or governance-driven environments
