Overview
We are recruiting full‑time/part‑time Administrators for our successful Home First Team. You will provide administrative/clerical/secretarial support to assist in the smooth running of the service.
Job responsibilities
- Supporting managers and senior clinical staff by overseeing, inputting and processing data using various computer systems, for example Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Mosaic, and RIO.
- Liaising with the Hospital Discharge Teams to co‑ordinate discharges to the Home First Service and allocating the visits generated to the team.
- Acting as a point of contact for the team, answering routine enquiries, assessing the nature of telephone calls and emails, actioning them in an appropriate manner or referring them to the appropriate person in liaison with colleagues where necessary.
- Occasionally assisting with receiving visitors in a courteous, prompt and efficient manner.
- Ensuring that staff, service users and members of the public who contact the team are dealt with efficiently and consistently.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence or a full driving licence issued by an EU country (not exchanged from a non‑EU country) if driving is required for the role.
- Ability to obtain and maintain right to work in the United Kingdom; sponsorship is not available for skilled worker status.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Mosaic, and RIO.
