School Administrator
Location: Solihull Full-Time
PK Education are recruiting for an organised, proactive, and friendly School Administrator to join a busy primary school team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment and play a key role in the smooth running of school operations.
The Role:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the school office
- Managing correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently
- Maintaining pupil records, admissions, and attendance data
- Supporting the school leadership team with administrative tasks
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, events, and communications
- Ensuring office systems are well-organised and compliant with school policies
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have previous experience in an administrative or office role, preferably within a school setting
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and school management systems
- Be a confident communicator with staff, parents, and external agencies
- Be proactive, flexible, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
