Job Description:

  • Act as a client-facing representative, aligning regularly on delivery and commercial matters.
  • Provide administrative, financial, and logistical support to Project Managers.
  • Monitor work in progress and activities against service orders.
  • Prepare invoices in collaboration with the Project Manager and support financial reporting.
  • Assist in preparing customer quotations and progress spare-part deliveries.
  • Manage SAP tasks, purchase orders, and project documentation.
  • Compile and issue project and customer reports on time.
  • Coordinate internal/external stakeholders and help drive project milestones, deadlines, and performance.
  • Opportunity to act as a nominated PM for small internal or external projects.

What You Need to Qualify

  • Experience as a Project Administrator (highly desirable).
  • Background in the Oil & Gas industry or within a project team (preferred).
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage documentation, financial data, logistics, and tools such as SAP and ARIBA.
  • Experience in Salesforce would be preferable.
  • Proactive, customer‑focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
