IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain end-user devices including Windows 11, iPhone, and macOS throughout their lifecycle.
• Administer Microsoft cloud services such as Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Support and troubleshoot IT systems using tools like PowerShell across hardware, software, and cloud environments.
• Maintain and support networking equipment including access points, switches, routers, and VLANs.
• Monitor systems, respond to helpdesk requests, apply patches and security updates, and keep IT documentation up to date.

The Candidate

• Administer and support Windows Server environments
• Manage virtual machines and platforms such as Azure, Hyper‑V, and VMware vSphere.
• Configure and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Maintain and support SQL Server databases.

Base salary: up to £33,000
