Our interiors service is focused on providing a seamless, turnkey offering—creating beautifully considered, high-end living environments that are fully integrated with the architecture. From concept to completion, we deliver exceptional design, detailing, and client experience.

The Role

We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in delivering high-end residential projects, working closely with senior designers and directors to develop and realise exceptional interior schemes.

This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all stages of a project—from early concept design through to final installation and styling—within a highly collaborative architectural and interiors environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative interior concepts for luxury residential projects
  • Produce high-quality presentations, mood boards, and material palettes
  • Prepare detailed drawing packages, including plans, elevations, and bespoke joinery
  • Assist with FF&E specification, sourcing, and procurement
  • Work closely with the architectural team to ensure a cohesive design approach
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors
  • Support project coordination, timelines, and delivery on site
  • Assist with final styling and installation to achieve a fully resolved scheme

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-end residential interior design
  • Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating refined, design-led work
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential) and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with SketchUp and/or Revit (desirable)
  • Good technical understanding of detailing and bespoke joinery
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and luxury suppliers
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong design sensibility aligned with luxury, bespoke interiors
  • High level of attention to detail and design consistency
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to take ownership
  • Confident in a client-facing environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Enthusiasm to grow with a new and ambitious interiors brand

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to be part of a new and growing interiors studio
  • Involvement in prestigious, design-led residential projects
  • Close collaboration with an established architectural practice
  • Clear opportunities for career progression as the studio grows
  • Competitive salary and benefits
