Strategic Asset – Managing and Transforming Our Estate

We have a unique opportunity for a Specialist Cleaner to join our Property Services team.

The Property Services team are a part of the Asset Management Group that delivers responsive repairs, ground and estates maintenance service and void property management.

Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient and effective cleaning service, ensuring top-notch hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team leader, replenish stock, and report issues which prevent cleaning from taking place.
• Adaptability might lead you to support other areas when needed.
• Adhere to COSHH regulations and, when required, support other teams in other operations areas.

Qualifications

• Understanding of cleaning techniques and processes, ideally with experience in a commercial environment.
• Full UK driving license, essential for driving to various work locations to provide cleaning services.
