We are looking for passionate and motivated Social Workers to join our Mental Health Team. This well‑established service supports adults with severe and enduring mental health conditions, grounded in empathy, respect, honesty, compassion, teamwork, integrity and trust.
You will join an experienced and supportive team where wellbeing and collaboration are central. We provide specialist mental health social care for adults over 18, helping people recover from periods of difficulty and remain as independent as possible. Our support is person‑centred, adaptable and focused on giving people choice and control. We work closely with health and social care partners to provide joined‑up and responsive support.
As a Mental Health Social Worker, you will assess, coordinate and arrange care for people with a range of mental health needs in both community and hospital settings. You will work with individuals, families and professionals to achieve positive outcomes using compassionate communication and sound professional judgement.
We welcome applications from experienced practitioners at Level 2 and Level 3. You must be registered with Social Work England and have relevant experience. Strong communication skills, integrity and enthusiasm for integrated working are essential.
The Level 2 role includes a 5% market supplement; the Level 3 role includes a 7.5% supplement. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
