What You’ll Be DoingYou will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of refrigeration equipment and building services across multiple client sites throughout Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and complete reactive tasks and minor repairs Execute refrigeration/HVAC PPM tasks in line with contract scope and specifications Demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems, including pack systems and controls Respond promptly and professionally to Helpdesk service requests Prioritise maintenance and repair work to meet agreed response times Order and maintain tools, materials, and equipment in line with company procedures. Identify when specialist subcontractors are required and provide clear job specifications Manage subcontractor attendance and ensure work meets required standards and budgets Complete remedial works, minor alterations, and installations Advise on capital purchases and support surveys and reporting Maintain accurate asset registers and ensure all equipment is tagged Represent our client professionally, building strong relationships with clients and internal teams Complete all paperwork accurately and on time ??
