The Role- Project Manager Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of key water infrastructure projects. This is a permanent position within the Operations team, where you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex civil engineering projects within the water and wastewater sector. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects across urban and rural environments, ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to contribute to large-scale utilities infrastructure projects while driving continuous improvement and innovation. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact, managing multiple projects across various locations Oversee delivery of water and sewer infrastructure projects in urban and rural environments Apply strong commercial awareness, including cost tracking and claims management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties Review, interpret, and amend engineering drawings and designs Develop and contribute to design packs from concept through to detailed design Produce regular progress reports and status updates for internal and external stakeholders Lead and manage project teams, promoting a positive and high-performance culture Assess and review construction methodologies and design practicality Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers Support continuous improvement of processes, systems, and team structures Assist in developing supply chains and onboarding new resources Manage Site Investigation (SI) works where required Essential Criteria Full UK/Irish driving licence Relevant engineering qualification (desirable) Proven experience managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of UK or Irish Water standards (potable and foul) Demonstrated commercial awareness, including cost control and reporting Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong time management and ability to meet strict deadlines Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach Working Pattern Full-time permanent role Mix of site and office-based work across multiple project locations Whats on Offer Competitive salary package Opportunity to work on high-profile water infrastructure projects Career progression within a growing organisation Ongoing training and professional development Supportive and collaborative working environment Additional Benefits Company vehicle + Fuel Pension scheme Professional development support Strong team-oriented company culture If interested in this position, please apply below, Skills: Project plan Project resources Project budget Managing Project Budgets Project Controlling Project management process Wastewater Benefits: Company Vehicle Housing Allowance / Accommodation Medical Aid / Health Care Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund…
