House Supervisor (Belle Vue, Greenock)

£13.45 per hour

Responsibilities

• Meals Service: Create and deliver nutritious daily meals, considering residents’ preferences within a set budget.
• House Management: Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, oversee day-to-day repairs, and maintain the overall well‑being of the house.
• Security: Uphold the security of the dwelling, responding to emergencies within organisational policies and procedures.
• Tenancy Management and Support: Assist in settling new residents, provide core support services, and respond to residents’ needs as part of a caring team.
