Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour (PAYE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to support a high-profile commercial site in Westcliff-on-Sea.

This is a temporary role to assist with increased workload, offering consistent weekday hours in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Responding to reactive maintenance tasks
• Working across electrical and mechanical systems
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety standards
• Liaising with site teams and reporting on completed works

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi‑Skilled Engineer
• Strong electrical and/or mechanical background
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills

Compliance Requirements

• Right to Work in the UK
• Relevant engineering certifications must be provided
• References covering recent employment
