Estates Administrator

6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

An independent educational organisation is seeking an organised and proactive Estates Administrator to join their estates team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This is a key support role, ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of a busy estates and facilities function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Estates team and Estates Manager
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and logging jobs with contractors
  • Managing records, compliance documentation, and asset registers
  • Assisting with health & safety and statutory compliance paperwork
  • Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and monitoring budgets
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external contractors
  • Supporting estates-related projects as required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within estates, facilities, or property
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
  • Proficient xwzovoh in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: On-site
  • Start: As soon as possible
