What You’ll Do:
Handle corporate matters including shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, share options, family investment structures, and reorganisations.
Act on transactional deals for serial acquirers, private equity-backed clients, and corporate disposals.
Coordinate due diligence and prepare company secretarial documents.
Deliver top-quality legal advice while contributing to team development.
What We’re Looking For:
1–4 years PQE (flexible).
Corporate experience advantageous but not essential.
Commercially minded, organised, and proactive.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
Team player with attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of work.
