We are seeking an accomplished Sous Chef to join our dynamic and dedicated culinary team at Wilde Thyme based in Comrie, Perthshire, Scotland. Accommodation can be provided. This is a permanent position offering 40 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7.

As a Sous Chef for our high-end events division, you will play a pivotal role in the entire culinary journey, from concept to plate. You will work closely with the Culinary and Experienced Lead and Culinary Lead to design, prepare, and execute exquisite multi-course menus that cater to the most sophisticated palates.
