Overview
I’m working with a fast-growing global health & wellness consumer brand scaling across DTC, retail and international markets. With a lean, high-performing team and strong growth trajectory, they are investing in the systems, processes and structure needed to support the next phase of scale. They are now hiring a Senior Programme Manager to lead cross-functional projects and build out programme management capability across the business.
About the role
This role sits at the centre of the business, leading cross-functional programmes and transformation initiatives. You’ll act as the key link between commercial and operational teams, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and aligned with business priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading delivery of operational and strategic projects across the business
- Managing cross-functional initiatives including product launches and expansion projects
- Building project plans, tracking risks and ensuring clear execution
- Supporting operational improvements and systems implementation (e.g. ERP)
- Improving ways of working, processes and programme structure
Your experience
✔ 5+ years programme or project management experience
✔ Track record delivering cross-functional projects and NPD launches
✔ Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments
✔ Strong stakeholder management across commercial and operations teams
✔ Structured, hands-on and delivery-focused
