Miller Grace Recruitment is proud to be working with a growing and forward-thinking law firm in Warrington, currently looking to appoint an experienced Credit Hire & Personal Injury Solicitor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern, ambitious firm offering a genuinely supportive environment, high-quality work, and flexible hybrid working from their newly refurbished Warrington offices.
You will manage a varied caseload of credit hire and PI matters, handling files from inception through to settlement or trial. The role offers a strong mix of litigated and pre-litigated work, with autonomy and support where needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of credit hire and personal injury claims
- Handling matters through all stages of litigation
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
- Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in credit hire and/or PI
- Confident handling litigated files independently
