Principal – Executive Search, Business Development – Professional Services

Tandem Search is a leading global Executive Search firm with offices in Dubai and London, partnering with Financial Institutions and Consulting firms globally. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Principal to join our London office.

This is a senior-level opportunity focused primarily on origination and client development, with the ability to operate in a full 360 capacity when required.

You will join a fast-growing, high-performing team with a strong reputation. The role is ideally suited to an experienced recruiter who has built meaningful, portable client relationships and is motivated by building and scaling a franchise within a dynamic platform.

Candidate Requirements:

• 8+ years of recruitment experience in Professional Services (ideally across levels, from Associate through Partner)
• Experience placing senior and executive-level talent across Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal and Operations
• Demonstrable track record of origination and revenue generation
• Existing portable client relationships
• Ability to execute full 360 recruitment processes when required
• Credibility operating with trading houses, investment firms, banks or energy businesses
• Leadership experience or clear capability to build and scale a team
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high commercial drive
