Senior Asset Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a driven Senior Asset Manager to take ownership of a high‑value, multi‑sector portfolio and deliver real commercial impact across retail, industrial and office assets. This is a fast‑paced, highly acquisitive business where no two days are the same, and where you’ll play a key role in driving growth and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and enhance a portfolio of complex, high‑value properties.
• Deliver value through lease re-gears, renewals, rent reviews and strategic void management.
• Reposition assets through tenant mix improvements, refurbishments and redevelopment.
• Oversee capital projects, dilapidations, H&S and day‑to‑day operations with in‑house teams.
• Identify acquisition and disposal opportunities and support full due diligence.
• Take a leading role in onboarding new investments, ensuring a smooth transition into the portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, local authorities, planners and other stakeholders.
• Mentor developing Asset Managers and encourage cross‑department collaboration.
• Manage budgets, service charges and overall estate performance.

What You Bring

• Strong leadership, negotiation and project management skills.
• Proven asset management experience with solid landlord and tenant law knowledge.
• Confidence managing a diverse and demanding workload in a fast‑moving environment.
• Commercial awareness and a customer‑focused mindset.
• High integrity, professionalism and motivation.
• Understanding of relevant safety and compliance requirements.
