THE ROLE
This is an opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor c 5-8 PQE to join a successful and growing team
The post holder will be expected to handle a full range of corporate-related transactions including share and business sales and purchases, joint ventures, reorganisations, shareholder and investment agreements and fund raisings
The focus of the work is transactional, but there is also a requirement to undertake a range of corporate and commercial work
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will have a solid corporate transactional background, having worked in a recognised corporate department
As a team member you will xwzovoh be expected to play a significant role in business development activities
Individuals with experience of working with HNWIs/family offices would be of interest
