Whether youd like to top up your hours or take the next step in a rewarding, purpose-driven environment, this is a great opportunity to grow while supporting others on their fitness journey.What Youll Be DoingSupervising gym users and activities to ensure a safe and welcoming spaceAssisting customers in using fitness equipment safely and effectivelyDelivering a positive, high-quality experience for every visitorWe offer casual shifts to cover holidays and staff absences, with both weekday and weekend availability. Shifts are usually 8.5 hours and start at either 5:30am or 2:00pm.What Were Looking ForEssential Qualifications & Skills
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor
- Level 3 Personal Trainer
- Level 3 Exercise on Referral
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Basic IT literacy
Desirable (but not essential)
- Level 3 Exercise and Disability
- Level 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation
- Experience working with disabled individuals
- Exercise to Music qualification
- First Aid at Work / NPLQ
- CIMSPA registration
