- Process Coordination
- Coordinating internal processes / team members
- Dealing with investors and business owners
- Valuation modelling and forecasting
- Execution of M&A Diligence Processes
- Liaising with business owners and their accountants to address Due Diligence asks
- Liaising with Private Equity investors and their Due Diligence partners through the execution process
- Prepare marketing materials (PowerPoint)
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for investors – e.g. slides highlighting companies we are representing
- Pitching for new business opportunities and buy side mandates

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Experience working with small and medium size business accounts
- Investment Banking / M&A Experience
- Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
- Sincerity
- Will to work hard
- Sense of humour
- Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently
