Job Description

UX Manager

Enterprise Software, B2B SaaS

London, 4 days per week

Competitive salary + bonus

The Role

We’re hiring a UX Manager to lead and grow a team of designers within a complex, enterprise SaaS environment. The product sits in a regulated space, focused on secure data capture, storage, and oversight, used by large organisations with strict compliance requirements.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for both people management and shaping the direction of UX across a suite of products. You’ll be managing a distributed team across London and North America, working closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and grow a team of 5–10 designers across multiple locations
  • Set and drive UX strategy across complex, data-heavy products
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps and influence direction
  • Establish and evolve design standards, processes, and ways of working
  • Balance hands-on involvement with team leadership, supporting delivery where needed
  • Drive consistency and quality across products, including design systems and accessibility
  • Support hiring and scaling of the design team over time
  • Navigate a regulated, enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders and constraints

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing and scaling design teams, ideally across multiple locations
  • Background in enterprise software or B2B SaaS, ideally within regulated industries
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior leadership
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
  • Solid grounding in UX, interaction design, and user research
  • Experience operating in complex, data-heavy or workflow-driven products
  • Ideally an academic background in HCI or a related field

The Setup

  • London-based role, 4 days per week in the office
  • Working across time zones, particularly with North America
  • Flexible approach to working hours to support global collaboration
