Germany, Spain, or UK Remote (with travel)

I’m working with a growing biotech who are looking to bring on a Clinical Site Specialist to support their global clinical trials.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to sites and investigators, building strong relationships, and playing a key role in ensuring studies run smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and maintaining relationships with investigators, site staff, and key stakeholders
• Supporting site feasibility, selection, and start-up activities
• Working closely with CROs and internal teams to ensure smooth study delivery
• Contributing to recruitment strategies, site engagement, and overall study performance
• Supporting monitoring oversight and helping resolve site-level issues
• Participating in site visits and investigator interactions

What they’re looking for:

• Background in clinical research (site, CRO, or sponsor side)
• Good understanding of monitoring and clinical trial operations
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Flexible, proactive mindset and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel (~30%)
