About you

  • Third-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva
  • Experience producing photography, video and visual content
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience within the construction or engineering sector (desirable)

What you’ll do

  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to promote company projects, services and brand
  • Produce engaging content including photography, video, graphics and promotional materials
  • Manage website updates, social media channels and press releases
  • Design presentations, infographics and digital marketing assets
  • Coordinate company events, project launches and promotional activities
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
  • Manage multiple marketing projects in line with business objectives
  • Maintain marketing budgets and contribute to board reporting
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new marketing opportunities
  • Support community engagement and social value initiatives
