Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Reed Talent Solutions

A global investment bank is currently recruiting for an Onboarding Analyst for an initial 6 month contract.

The offered rate will be £375 – £400 per day inside IR35 (umbrella).

The role will be based in the bank’s global markets onboarding division in Liverpool street with hybrid working available (3 days a week on site).

This is a front office role so client facing experience is essential. Also some experience with EDD and understanding the risk of a client would also be high up on their agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring service delivery is balanced with robust operational integrity, managing core Onboarding related ‘life-cycle’ issues, including:
  • Periodic KYC Review;
  • Delivery of associated regulatory remediation topics;
  • Managing all necessary portfolio and Relationship Management controls;
  • Implementation of Filiered Tiers/FS-driven initiatives;
  • Rolling programme of wider continuous improvement initiatives, to enhance efficiency and integrity.
  • Ensuring effective delivery of GMD’s Onboarding obligations, as well as developing extensive practical and market knowledge:
  • Maximising adoption of Onboarding ‘best-practices’ through constant interaction with clients, peers and industry bodies;
  • Establishing and maintaining strong knowledge of regional Onboarding practices and regulatory requirements;
  • Representation in all relevant regulatory adherence meetings and committees.

The ideal candidate

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in KYC Onboarding and/or remediation in a financial services industry or regulatory environment.
  • Clear communication ability across diverse audiences
  • Flexibility to be able to simultaneously work on various different proposals/ reviews across different client groups
  • Ability to meet deadlines, both external and internal
  • Confidence to deal with client contacts at both equivalent and more senior levels
  • Ability to be an effective team player and to develop sound working partnerships
  • A self-starter – ‘self-teaching’ skills are critical to the role.
