Commercial Manager – Diagnostics (MedTech)
Location: UK & Ireland – Field/Remote based
Overview
Our client, an innovative and growing organisation within the MedTech diagnostics sector, is seeking a Commercial Manager to support the expansion of their commercial operations. This role is well suited to a commercially driven professional with experience in the diagnostics market who is looking to play a key role in driving growth and developing strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and help deliver commercial strategies that support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of commercial strategies across the diagnostics portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the healthcare and diagnostics markets.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including laboratories, healthcare providers, and distribution partners.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, regulatory, and product teams to support product positioning and growth initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience within the MedTech sector, diagnostics is preferred
- Proven ability to identify and develop commercial opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or business (or equivalent experience).
